As Product Designers, we must not only develop attractive, "cool" solutions to human problems; we must also
thoroughly investigate the product's viability and effectiveness. We do through thorough market research of existing
similar or related products, and conduct User Research. At the end of the day, we are designing products for humans
so nothing is more important than ensuring the products that we design are actually helping meet that need and are
ergonomically correct. We must define the User. Who are they? We seek out the target demographic and involve
them in the design process with interactive research sessions called "Make Tools" aimed at justifying potential design
ideas and uncovering factors and ideas that we might have previously overlooked. We bring concept models and
games to watch how the user will interact with the product. No one knows the problem better than the user.
In addition to research and concept development, we also offer full Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) and Rapid
Prototyping services to bring your product idea to life and into the market. Using a variety of packages, including
Solidworks, Rhinoceros, 3d Studio Max, and Alias, we engineer the concept into functioning parts and assemblies.
From there we produce SLA prototypes to ensure that the product, when manufactured, will function as designed.
